Terms & Conditions

  1. All goods checked on collection, Chelsea Mirrors accept no responsibility for goods once they leave our premises.
  2. Payment to be made in full before collection of goods.
  3. All glass comes in raw form unless specified, if you require bubble wrap then please email with order number and this can be confirmed.
  4. All glass has + – 2/3mm tolerance.
  5. Collection is from our workshop.
  6. Toughened glass lead time is approx 7-10 working days.
  7. Mirrors / float glass lead time is approximatly 5-7 working days.
  8. Minimum order for glass / mirror will be charged at 0.25m2.

Returns Policy

IMPORTANT

As all mirrors and glass are made to order, unless the product is defective and this is highlighted upon collection, you will not be able to return any product for a refund.

Faulty goods

Upon collection if your goods are noted as damaged/faulty or incorrect a replacement will be undertaken for you. As all items are made to order please ensure when placing the order/s online that you have entered the correct product details and sizes etc.

Any glass that is collected by a third party/courier and unchecked will not be covered under our returns policy.
